Anus pain and bleeding

I am having hard bowel, if I don't take any medicine to soften the bowel. This is causing bleeding and tremendous pain during excretion. It has few months now. Which genre of doctor should i go for a check up? The pain and bleeding is increasing daily and it hard to excrete now a days. Need immidiate check up. Please give a quick suggestion.
