Hi Doctor. It has been two days and I have been feeling pain in the anus area. Unable to pass stool. Whenever I go to toilet to pass stool, extreme pain is what I feel. However, no bleeding was observed. Also having fever.

It could be a fissure or an abscess at the region of.the.fiasure. it is.best to consult a surgeon urgently so u can be examined.. and the needful can be done
