  4. Anus burning. Any solution?

Operated for anal fissure through LIS a year ago,still sometimes after stool,anal burns. Checked with surgeon ,told no such new fissure and no anal stricture. Adviced to apply lignocaine. Why it keeps on persisting with burning sensation. Any solution??  Eating high fibre food.

Betadine Seitz bath twice daily with dietary discretion should solve it . But any  bleeding or difficulty during passing stool should prompt a doctor's exam asap & folllowup
