  4. Anus applicator. Do to relieve the pain!

I have fissure issues , yesterday while putting ointment with the applicator the applicator somehow hurt my Anus. Today I'm not able to insert the lotion applicator as it is hurting a lot . What should I do to relieve the pain !

Hello welcome sir Anal fissure pain to be treated in a special manner First you should apply gel. To wait for 15 mins and then introduce the applicator ( by another person) not by you. Then you have to lie down such a way that ointment is not coming out

The pain might be because of hard stools along with spasm at the anal region For hard stools you can use high fibre diets or stool softener For spasm you can use diltiazem ointment for local application. It will relieve the spasm
