Do you really have GERD,if so then PPI is drug of choice,If you are taking PPI like pantocid,razo or Nexpro for long but no relief then diagnosis of GERD is doubtful,could be either Refractory GERD or Function Dyspepsia,you please elaborate your symptoms in detail,whether you feel regurgitation of food or acid contents in mouth, trouble some acidity with retrosternal discomfort and burping. Second issue,we Indians 82 percent of population,even could be I, are h pylori positive,so we have to be sure gastritis is due to h pylori, and only 10 Percent people get relief in symptoms while eradicating H pylori.Eradication of h pylori is helpful in healing of ulcers present in stomach and duodenum, otherwise no use.On endoscopy you had only redness in antrum but no ulcer,so there is little use of h pylori eradication.
