Dear Sir, Drooping of eyelids is not one of the known common side effects of Aripiprazole. Aripiprazole is one of the novel drug and is a dopamine modulator. The commonest problem encountered with is Akathesia ie a subjective feeling of restlessness (in a small number of patients). It is true that some of the medicines do cause EPS and also raise prolactin - Aripiprazole has very small chances of doing so. I recommend you to openly discuss it with your Psychiatrist rather than Ophthalmologist. He/ she will definitely be able to help you. It is quite possible that your Ophthalmologist has provided you a general information about dopamine blockers which, actually is quite different from Aripiprazole 's profile.
