Please suggest any good antihistamine with less side effects and efficacy in testing respiratory allergy plus skin allergy. I have chest tightness after allergy with cough , throat infection , runny nose , itchy eyes , skin allergy ( face ) . Please suggest any good medicine which I can find locally in this lockdown .
