Can rexipra 10 cause akathesia ... ??? I was started on 5mg for a week i dont feel so great with little but inner restless ness ... should it be expected ?

Akathisia is not diagnosed only with inner restlessness. There are other associated signs that needs to be evaluated to confirmt he diagnosis. It is very rare to be induced by a SSRI like escitalopram. If you suspect then get it evaluated.
