Hello, I have had this lump behind my ear for about 2 months by now, it's painless, it's small, apparently it's a lymph node, what kind of anti biotic should I take to put it down?

No antibiotic  required. If it is disturbing you cosmetically then it can be excised  n sent for histopathological examination.
