Severe antenatal bilateral hydronephrosis (11 mm and 17 mm) found in the 23 week ultrasound. Will this cause major kidney damage and any other complications in the new born. Can this be treated after delivery or at neonatal stage. Please suggest

It is to be  regularly followed up by ultrasonography for increase or decrease in pattern of hydronephrosis with the time.Increasing degree of hydronephrosis may cause potential renal dreangement  and may require corrective surgery/procedures  in neonatal period
