Need help, Is there any fetal medicine available for antenatal hydronephrosis. Any diet suggested for mother to manage hydronephrosis. Please suggest

There is as such no diet for antenatal hydronephrosis. Most of the cases it resolved own it own. But need follow up and evaluation by Paediatric surgeon
