My doctor prescribed me tumeric milk boiled egg banana but I am taking pomegranate (anar) tumeric milk at night kajur at morning empty stomach soaked I am taking anjeer/badam/akhrot 30/10/20 antara injection still now I have irregular Kya ye diet muje period regular mein help kregi
