Anomaly scan results issue

Today my wife had anomaly scan. She is 21 weeks pregnant. The report result says as below. We are worried about this. Please help us how to proceed further. The renal pelvices appear to be prominent on scan today measuring 4.1 mm in right and 3.8 mm in left side respectively (upper limit of normal being 5 mm for this gestination)
