I have done by anomaly scan today and below are the impression: Single fetus of 21 weeks 2days age with pelviectasis of both fetal kidneys, the AP diameter measuring 4mm on either side- for follow up. Screening doppler study of the uterine arteries is negative for PIH. Fetal internal growth is within acceptable limits. Should i be worrying of anything.my gynocologist is out of station for 2 days.so any advice will be greatly appreciated.
