Anomaly scan and findings
3days before done with 20 weeks Anomaly scan.
There are couple of findings as below, doctor reccemended to to 2 ND level scan and g
et 2 ND openion.
1. Mild right renal pelvi ectasia
2. Grade4 placenta pravia
3. Small intra cardiac echogenic foci in right ventricle
Please guide me, what I should do on this now. You can give me your recommendation and share your experience on seviority of these fundings
Grade 4 placenta will migrate upward as foetus grows. You may need bed rest and avoid too much strain for a month. Everything will be fine after 1 month. Take a distance of placenta to Os in next scan.
I need to know size of Fetal kidneys to assess better.
An echogenic foci in right ventricle could be a normal variant.
Next Steps
I suggest a Fetal detail Echocardiogram at 24 th week along with growth Doppler studies
