Ankle sprain while workout

While workout in gym leg disbalanced and got swelling in ankle I feel it's ligament tear but not sure, can walk but giving pressure on one leg so what medicine u suggest ,have no pain only slight cramp while walking

Hi there U can apply ice pack on the swollen site and use crepe bandage. Don't overstress your ankle. Consult physiotherapist if needed.

give rest to your ankle, avoid heavy lifting, running, twisting and turning of foot
