I'm a 26 year old Not a known case of htn, dm, asthma, seizure disorder Normal bmi Vitals stable Recently had ankle ligament tear Now completely recovered after rest , ice compression, elevation I'm an active badminton player Having little fear that my ankle will again twist Is ther any precaution to take to avoid ankle twist Kindly suggest Thanks
