Best Homeopathic Lotion or Oil for 1 month old Ankle sprain. There was still some pain in ankle and opposte side of ankle and back feet. I am already taking homeopathic constituent medicines now i want any best Cream or Oil . Please suggesr

Cold application will be helpful. Do some yog asan specially lower extremities..warm sand along with rock salt ....application on affected area along with homoeopathic medicine...Warm sand application or cold application  don' t do at a same time.
