You urgently need to get a slab for 1 week applied followed by a synthetic cast for 6 weeks. Keep injured limb elevated. Apply ice packs over the injured ankle and foot over slab. Do not walk over injured limb for a week and take rest for 1 week.

apply ice judiciously, avoid prolonged weight bearing and compress it with crepe bandage. however, u need to visit an orthopaedic surgeon to rule out a ligament tear, and an MRI to confirm the diagnosis. just because u didn't fracture any bone doesn't mean its not severe. a ligament or tendon tear needs equal rest and also a plaster and the same restrictions to walking and weight bearing as a fracture for optimum results. like I see ur weight is 98 kg, so don't neglect this, long term pain will cause even more suffering with a neglected and an eventual "Overuse injury"
