apply ice judiciously, avoid prolonged weight bearing and compress it with crepe bandage. however, u need to visit an orthopaedic surgeon to rule out a ligament tear, and an MRI to confirm the diagnosis.
just because u didn't fracture any bone doesn't mean its not severe. a ligament or tendon tear needs equal rest and also a plaster and the same restrictions to walking and weight bearing as a fracture for optimum results. like I see ur weight is 98 kg, so don't neglect this, long term pain will cause even more suffering with a neglected and an eventual "Overuse injury"
