My ankel Twisted without any fall or hurt. I was sitting on sofa but when I got up my right leg ankle is twisted and I am not able to stand now.

Consult Now
It is most likely lateral ligament injury. Rest, ice elevation and pain killers, crepe bandage. If can’t walk better to get x rays , consult orthopaedic doctor.
