Not being able to digest food properly i don't know why :( no matter how much i eat i don't get the right nutrients to be absorbed and i have to rely on medications to keep my hb levels i want to get rid of this :( plus a lot of hair loss

Take things rich in vitamin c and iron. Vitamin c is very good digestible form of antioxidants n helps absorb iron from the foods. Like oranges, lemon, tomato, spinach, pomegranate, amla etc
