From last 2 week I m suffering from anemia and black stool, feeling very lethargic whole day, platelet count decreased, mcv also very high.

Hi Gerry your self evaluated. Kindly get a ULTRASOUND ABDOMEN TO RULE OUT HEPATO-BILIARY - PANCREATIC AREA. A UPPER GASTROSCOPY TO RULE OUT ULCER (GASTRIC/ DUODENAL)
