Hi Why does my back hurt after 7 months of c section ? Is it normal? I get hurt exactly in anasteacia spot. Can you please suggest any remedies on this

Most cases, it is postural during lactation post delivery wring  position without back support Could be due to vitamin D3 deficiency  Visit a gynaecologist or orthopedics they may adive to you X Ray and physiotherapy after examination
