I am from Nepal,I got anal warts and podophyllum treatment is going on. i am going insane in inflamed its giving me tears everytime inflamed hurts me badly i use pain killer for relief. Please tell me what the things should i have to avoid? like riding bike,going gym,etc. Please tell me how to control inflammation???
