I have laser haemorrhoidectomy in 2022 ,post surgery 1 year was fine but afterwards I'm facing difficulties in passing stool.I often feel my bowels are not getting empty.What are the surgical or non surgical procedure available for treatment?

Laser haemrrhoidectomy provides relief to hemorrhoids but in some cases recurrence can occur and similar problems like before.

You need to consult a surgeon and physically be examined for a proper diagnosis and treatment. Till then you can try Sitz bath two-three times a day and reduce spicy food in your diet. Make sure to include fibres and fluids in your diet.

The possibilities might be recurrence...or a complication of the surgery itself Called fibrosis of the region operated. U need consultation in person for the correct diagnosis.hope this helps
