I'm cured with fissure and now  I'm having Anal spincter was tight and lightly swollen . How to get rid of this doctors . Will it come by using medication . And what tips should I follow . What exercise should I follow

If it is not getting releave by medication better to show surgeon may be u need operative procedure lateral sphincterotomy
