From last 4,5 days I'm getting severe rectal spasms 1,2 times in day and sometimes at night. About 10 days ago I had consulted surgeon and he said I don't have fissure, hemorrhoids, or fistula. I also had proctoscopy 2 months ago and it was fine. So what is the reason of these spasms?
