Itching can be due to worm infestation.. take albendazole chewable tablet one dose to night after food.. If you feel any mass in that area with pain or slight bleeding can be due to piles.. avoid oily hot and spicy food, drink plenty of fluids, add fibre rich food, don't be constipated... Practice SITZ bath (refer Google how to do it)apply lignocaine jelly at night , if problem persist consult a general surgeon for further investigation and treatment
