Anal pain and burning while pooping

Hi , 2 month ago I had very bad burning while passing stool and doctr said I have 2 degree piles which might prolapse and  undergone treatment..upon taking medicines and maintained diet i visited surgeon back and he did rectal examination , and he told me ,my hemorrhoids are reduced and itseems its curing now it's in 1st  degree... However now I am facing very bad anal pain even while sitting and burning while I pass stool.. Again I approached him and he gave me some injection and tablets .. Now I am bit worried what can be done...please can someone help me

Welcome and Good morning Your concern 1. Very bad burning while passing stools -- 2 months ago. 3. However now facing very bad anal pain even while sitting and burning while I pass stools. 4.
