I am having so much anal itching from past 2 days and it's worst in night i can even sit properly and i also want to tell that due to some lack of nutrition in my body i used to eat mud and i stop eating that for years but recently i started again for some days but i again stop having them but these itching is really difficult to handle is this because of pinworms please prescribed me a medicine that are available easily on the medical store i want to get rid of this now.. please help
