Hi, Last few months (6months) I am having Anal itching and slight pain while directing jet spray around anus region after washroom.

Its could be either piles, fissure or intestinal worm infection. Need more detail history for proper evaluation and medication. Any history of hard stools/ diarrhoea/ bleeding while passing stools? Does it pain on passing stools? Are you diabetic? Do you see any mass near anal region?
