Anal fistula MRI report

Please read my mri report does it sound complex?what treatment will be suitable for it? Fistulous tract shows enhancing walls with surrounding mild fat stranding. Tract measures 3mm in width and overall length of ~2.3cm. No ramifications • No supralevator extension. No abscess formation noted. Visualised pelvic organs appear unremarkable. Visualized bowel and rectum are within normal limits. No significant pelvic lymphadenopathy noted. IMPRESSION: 1. Posterior intersphincteric perianal fistula as described above with internal sphincteric openings at 6 o clock position in two different levels (at ~9.4mm and 17mm from the level of anal verge respectively). No definite internal anal mucosal opening seen - Grade I.
