Your MRI suggests a transsphincteric anal fistula with internal opening at 6 o’clock, 1.9 cm from the anal verge. Since there's no supra-levator extension, it's a manageable case. In Ayurveda, Ksharasutra therapy is a proven, minimally invasive treatment for fistula with good success rates. It helps gradually cut and heal the tract without major surgery. Please consult an Ayurvedic surgeon (Shalyatantra specialist) for assessment and Ksharasutra treatment suitability. Avoid delaying, as untreated fistulas can worsen over time.
