Is there any surgery in medical science which can give guarantee that after that particular surgery Anal Fissures never come back in any circumstances even if stool becomes severely hard ? If any pls name of surgery and details about surgery how it prevent from occuring anal fissure ? I am very anxious about it .Almost everyone get hard stool at one time but they all do not get anal fissure which I asked many of my friends so why am I getting fissure ? I want to be other people so that fissure does not occur at any circumstances
