Dear Sir, I have fissure associated with sentinel tag which was removed successfully by surgery 18 months before. now i got the fissures reoccured

What surgery was done for fissure. Removing only sentinel tag is only a cosmetic surgery.
Next Steps
Tryout a. plenty of fluids. 1 liter for every 20 kgs weight b. ointment anobliss or nifecaine locally inside anus thrice daily for 30 days
Health Tips
Repeat surgery directed towards decreasing sphincter pressure.
