From past 10 years a problem started to me like sharp pain in anus while passing bowel then later on using stool softer i was okay bit some times frequently it recurs for 2 months once the same condition intially for 1 to 2 years there was bleeding after 2 years no nleeding but very sharp pain while passing stool like some glass cuts over my anus such sharp pain and pain remains for 4  to 5 hours .please confirm what is the final diagnosis for my condition.there is also 2 skin tags attached near the anal region.
