  4. Anal fissure surgery. No permanent cure?

After lateral internal sphincterotomy anal fissure has come back for hard stool by taking muscle relaxing medicines for over active urinary bladder as prescribed by Urologist. 20 days has gone but still no healing. Do I need another surgery ??? It has no permanent cure ??
