Anal fissure
I am having anal fissure and I am undergoing treatment now I am also having sentinal tag for past three years now my consultant said that the sentinel tag will be cured but sometimes the sentinel tag is Shrinking and sometimes it came to the same size whether the anal fissure and the sentinal tag will be cured or not
waiting for tag to resolve by itslef might be option , better to get removed under LA to avoid further complication

While the anal fissure along with its symptoms can be solved with conservative management, but the sentinel tag can't be cured with conservative management. Since you are giving history of sentinel tag size increasing and decreasing, I think it might be hemorrhoids. To confirm the diagnosis examination is needed.
