Before sleeping iam using cremaffin plus, drinking plenty water, taking fiber foods but still my stool is in hard form in morning
How to get stool in loose form?
You need to consume 2.5 to 3.5 litres of water in 24 hours.. and divide it equally in the 16 hours that you are awake.. are you doing some fitness routine where you are sweating excessively ? If yes ! Then compensate for the same !!
