I have been diagnosed with anal fissure 1year back. from last 4 months it re occurred. as per last year suggestions I took Rutin tablets 10 day, metrozel tablets,& signaflam tablets, and also I am taking pegfiber 2scoops every night i was applying ano relif ointmenent sitz bath morning and evening, still it not cured from 4 months. still I have pain when passing stools.in the anal ring area. after that I don't feel any pain but small sensation.so could you please suggest. what I need to do cure permanently.
