Consulted doctor and found anal fissure as the cause of bleeding..Also found a skin tag on the posterior part of my anus... It appears you are having fissure as well as piles . As long as there is no excessive bleeding or pain there is no need for surgery. Try to take plenty of water and high fibre diet. Avoid constipation by taking tablet Dulcoflex 1-2  at bed time. If the problem is too severe consult a surgeon.

Many times a small tag is just like a protective cover our body develops in response to a fissure. Nothing needs to be done if no pain. Any other issues, pls consult.

Skin tags especially in anal area can only be removed surgically .The surgery need not be a major one .So don't worry around ,go for a proper treatment by a General Surgeon .
