During passing stool,do you also need to put finger inside anal region and clean it ,i have been done fistulectomy surgery before three months and completly healed and fine now,just help me with this Plz advice

No you need not to put finger inside the anal canal for cleaning. Clean the anal opening thoroughly, that'll do.
