if it is an anal abscess, u need to consult a general surgeon or a gastrointestinal surgeon or a proctologist if u he is available in yr area where u live. as at times it may lead to Fistula in Ano.initially a course of antibiotics like cefadroxil 500 mgm 8 hrly 3 times a day for 5-7 days might help. also do hot fomentation,along with this
