Start with change in diet. Eat your meals regularly with no long gaps and include all vegetables in your diet specially Beets and carrots.
And start with
1- Lodhrasava :- 20 ml twice daily with equal quantity of water
2- Limiron grannules :- 1spoon twice daily with 1cup of milk.
Health Tips
If hungry or feels giddiness please have small snack in between meals like sprouts and pomogranate salad or green salad.
