Hi Doctor, My father has low hb since 6 months(he identified) and feeling tired, fatigue. Please suggest supplements to improve iron and ferritin levels and can you please tell if there are any abnormalities in CBC report attached.

Hello Sir I have worked through your attached query abd reports in detail. Certainly he requires oral iron Supplementation. I generally prescribe oral medications of Conviron forte to my patients with such symptoms.
