My daughter has been suffering from an enlarging, slightly painful lesion which started as a “blister” on the forearm without any prior history of trauma.What should I do?

Give Syp amoxyclav DS (228.5mg/5ml) 5 ml every 8 hourly for 3 days to cover infection (stop if loose motion starts) Syp ibugesic plus 7 ml every 8 hourly for 3 days. T. Bact ointment for local application over the wound 3 times daily.
Next Steps
If fever, pus discharge comes from the wound or no improvement noted in next 3 days then consult with Pediatric surgeon.
