Amniotic fluid reduced marginally for gestation AFI 11.3 in 30w1 d scan.Urine culture on same week shows UTI 20K ecoli colony and gtt was normal at fasting and 1 hr but 138 at 2 hr.Can this be the reason.Cervix measured normal 3.4 cms transvaginal.fetal weight estimated 1.6 kg.fetal breathing normal. How to improve amniotic fluid. Can taking tender coconut water help.is it advisable to take if gtt is borderline with pcos
