Am I using it incorrectly?

Recently, my doctor changed my inhaler from MDI to Synchrobreath. When I used the MDI, I noticed that it used to increase my heartbeat. But now, after switching to Synchrobreath, I don’t feel the same effect – my heartbeat stays normal. I’m a bit worried. Does this mean I am not using Synchrobreath correctly? Also, I don’t feel much improvement in my breathing either. Can anyone help me understand if this is normal or if I’m doing something wrong?

Inhaler technique can be understood in youtube videos or through consult. The pulmonologist may also check your technique and tell you the corrections. Also then the cause of you not improving properly with inhalers may also be seen.
