My bf pre ejaculated inside me and I feel some pain in my abdomen. Can I get pregnant from pre ejaculation semen?

Rarely pregnancy cn occur with pre ejaculatory fluid too. However pain abdomen after sex in not related to pregnancy but to infections acquired due to sex. Consult a nearby gynaecologist for examination n needful
