I have pcod problem. My last menstrual cycle was March 16. After that I didn't get my period. My husband is in abroad. He came on June 1st week and left to abroad again on June last week. My question is when can I do pregnancy test to get the accurate result  ?

It is quite difficult to confirm pregnancy by urine test as ur cycles are not regular . If u start having symptoms related to pregnancy, then directly get an usg done

In your case it is very difficult to say because cycle is completely irregular.First get done Bhcg .It is kind of blood test.If result is negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding or wait for few more days.
